  • What do your services cost?
Our exclusive private practice offers highest-quality medical care to a select few by a national expert. Our efficient process means short wait times to seeing the doctor, more accessibility in reaching the doctor, and more thorough clinical visits to get all your questions answered. Our service is focused on optimal outcomes for you. Get well. Stay well. To accomplish these goals, we do not accept insurance for reimbursement. We have two options for payment, and you may choose what’s best for you: Option 1: Executive Hourly. $800 per hour. This is the most flexible choice and most commonly used by our patients. Our expert doctor will be available to you fast to listen to your problems, review records, provide treatment plans, see them through, answer “ask the expert” questions, give tips and tricks for how to be better than good, and so on. All on an as needed basis. Option 2. Executive evaluation and treatment plan. Flat fee of $2,500. This is an excellent choice for someone wishing fast and concrete advice about what they have and what they need to do about it to get well. It includes a diagnostic visit with the doctor, medical-record review by the doctor, and a second visit with the doctor to discuss treatment plan, next steps, and to answer questions. Option 3. Executive annual. Flat fee of $1,800 per month for 12 months. Get unlimited, exclusive, fast access to full complement of services. This is our most comprehensive program. It includes all services of above options, plus preferred access to our medical director, including his private phone for calls or texts, including weekends, within reason. Get evaluation, treatment, and questions answered; tailored coaching information to get you better than well; keep you up to date on specific topics of your choice; latest science; and more. This is a great choice for an executive who has either complex, chronic, or on-demand problems that need fixing and can’t wait even a day or two to talk to the doctor . For example, are you a CEO that travels often. Maybe one trip they need to fly from Austin and land next day in London ready to go for a finance meeting without jet lag. And another day to Telluride Film Festival (9,547 feet above sea level) that needs tips on preventing or treating acute mountain sickness, including headaches and sleep loss. EXCEPTIONS TO OUR PRICING: All patient situations are unique. On a limited basis, we can reduce fees based on need and circumstance. If you require a different arrangement from the listed pricing, than please contact us to discuss. For instance, we have a soft spot for military, veterans and first responders, . (We also have experience working with these groups.) Any alteration to the above fee structure must be mutually agreed up on writing prior to initiation of treatment.

  • What is telemedicine?
The quick answer: Expect everything you would from a dedicated physician, except that your in-person visits are substituted by video conference. More details: t|N|C is a telemedicine practice. In our model, you will be seen by our doctor, just as you’d expect at a traditional clinic. Except, instead of seeing your doctor in person, you see the doctor via secure video conference. It allows you to be seen in your home, or wherever you are, and at your convenience. Telemedicine is particularly valuable for neurology patients and sleep concerns. For example, some patients with neurological diseases have difficulty commuting. Others wish to share information they might only have at home or even about their living spaces. Others might want a care provider or loved one to join them, sometimes that person will need to join the video conference from far away.
  • What are the advantages of tele-medicine?
Telemedicine can offer several advantages, including higher efficiency, greater convenience, and more personalized care. Firstly, telemedicine provides convenience and accessibility, allowing patients to receive specialist care from the comfort of their homes, eliminating travel time; eliminating busy offices with sick patient. Additionally, telemedicine can lead to quicker consultations and follow-ups, ensuring that patients receive timely medical advice and can monitor their conditions more effectively. And if the patient wants a care provider or loved one to join from far away, we can easily bring that person into the visit on the video call so we can do it together.
  • Are there any limitations to telemedicine?
There are two limitations unique to telemedicine to consider. Firstly, the physical exam. While some parts of an exam can be done by video, others cannot. Contact us and we can help guide whether your situation is right for telemedicine. Second, telemedicine requires comfort with technology. We will make it easy for you by providing simple instructions. If you can read email, text or visit a website with your computer, that’s most of what you need. Telemedicine visits also require a stable wifi connection or strong phone network. We encourage you to test your system prior to visit. We can help.
  • What if I need tests ordered or prescription medication?
Telemedicine is a medical practice. Dr. Ellenbogen is a board-certified, licensed physician. He can write orders for laboratory tests, imaging, prescription medications — just as any other doctor would. If you are only doing the New Patient Evaluation, and not planning on continuing care with us beyond that, than the doctor can provide you and your medical team with written recommendations. If you are going to continue care with us after the New Patient Evaluation, and if you would like us to submit these orders and prescribe medications then we are usually able to accommodate that request.
  • How do you ensure the privacy and security of my personal and medical information?
